Sandy Agustin

Sandy holds a BS in Dance therapy and has spent more than 35 years

in the arts and nonprofits as a director, consultant and facilitator. She is certified in Traditional Healing, is a Certified Morning Altars Practitioner
and an End of Life Doula. She is from mni sota makoce, land of the Dakota and Ojibwe. At the Bardo, Sandy offers grief mandala making; she is

also on an internal advocacy team ensuring that all voices and inputs

are honored and recognized.

Ben Bache-Wiig, MD

Dr. Ben Bache-Wiig brings over 30 years of experience in internal medicine and healthcare leadership to our organization. Currently serving as Executive Medical Director at Lifespark, he focuses on transforming senior care through innovative, value-based models. Previously, Dr. Bache-Wiig was President of Abbott Northwestern Hospital, where he championed high-quality patient care and operational excellence. His expertise spans geriatric medicine, integrated care coordination, and health system innovation. A passionate advocate for holistic care, Dr. Bache-Wiig is dedicated to improving the healthcare experience for individuals and communities alike.

Andrea Tatley

Andrea Tatley is a professional with expertise in health care and holistic well-being. She has a rich background in community health and wellness initiatives, focusing on fostering resilience, self-care, and community building. Andrea’s work is deeply influenced by her passion for exploring the intersection of nature, spirituality, and healing. She frequently
writes and speaks about themes like mindfulness, grief, and the
human connection to the natural world. Her blog and personal
reflections emphasize living with intention and supporting personal growth through life’s transitions.
